For this weeks blog I came across the Eco Extreme Water-proof Speaker Case. It caught my eye because I love my music and love to carry it with me, but if you go camping or hiking and get stuck in bad weather your iPod or mp3 player would get messed up. The Eco Extreme IPX7 waterproof case has 3in forward sounding speakers, a tough rubberized shell, and is made to resist impact from drops. The case comes with an internal pocket made for keys or money. It comes with a pressure release valve to make sure its water tight and easy to open in high altitudes. It also has a flat base so it can stand on its own regardless if its open or not. It stands at 7.5in high, 4.5in wide, and 2.5in thick when closed and its 9in wide when open. Its powered by 3 AA-batteries and can last up to 30hrs on an average volume level. It supports most music players and cell phones with a 1/8in headset jack including iPod touch, iPhone, and Blackberry.

USB inflight charger
For my technology this week I came across a USB Inflight Charger called the Power Executive Bundle by Inflight. The way it works is when you're on a long flight and you bring your computer with you to keep yourself entertained, but its about to die. So you use the Power Executive Bundle to charge your computer. You plug one end into the USB port on your computer and the other end into the audio jack next to your seat on the plain. It gives the computer a consistent source of power to charge it up. It also comes with plugs for iPods, iPhones, and Blackberrys. It cost about $35-$45.
